Tomato & Roasted Garlic Soup.

My husband, who does not like tomatoes or soup (and only tolerates garlic) has voluntarily eaten two bowls of this already. It's THAT good. And when you see how easy it is? *Love*

Tomato and Roasted Garlic Soup
Ingredients:
- Four heads of roasted garlic (or 30 - 40 roasted individual cloves)
- One bottle V-8 (46 ounce)
- One cup half & half

Directions:
- Add V-8 and roasted garlic to the blender and puree until smooth.
- Pour into a pot and bring to a rolling boil. Turn heat down and add half & half.
- Stir until completely incorporated (if you want to do this faster, you can add it all back into the blender, just be careful it's HOT!)
- Enjoy!

Serves 4 meal size, or 8 appetizer size, bowls.
