Caramelized Onion Ingredients:
- Onions, thinly sliced (this would be a great time to whip our your mandolin or food processor!)
- Olive oil
Caramelized Onion Directions:
- Toss onions in olive oil, use just enough to lightly coat.
- Spread onions on a baking sheet and roast on the top oven rack at 375 degrees for 60 minutes, stirring and re-spreading every 2o minutes to ensure even cooking.
- Use, refrigerate or freeze!

Mmmmm! I LOVE caramelized onions! I never thought about making them in the oven... thanks for sharing :)
I never thought of caramelising onions in the oven but this looks so easy!
