My Five Ingredient Three Nut Cookies are an experiment gone right! I was inspired by these savory nut crackers I saw on Pinterest and my Three Ingredient Peanut Butter Cookies. Basically I introduced the two recipes and gave them some alone time. The resulting love child? Delish!

Ingredients
 

  • 1 cup roasted almonds
  • 1 cup lightly salted peanuts
  • 1 cup cashews
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs

Instructions

  • Give the nuts a whir in your food processor (or magic bullet in my case).
  • In a bowl combine whirred nuts, eggs and sugar. Mix well.
  • Drop on a parchment lined cookie sheet and bake at 375 degrees for 12 to 14 minutes.
  • Enjoy!
