  • Onions thinly sliced (this would be a great time to whip our your mandolin or food processor!)
  • Olive oil

Instructions

  • Toss onions in olive oil, use just enough to lightly coat.
  • Spread onions on a baking sheet and roast on the top oven rack at 375 degrees for 60 minutes, stirring and re-spreading every 2o minutes to ensure even cooking.
  • Use, refrigerate or freeze!
