Ermahgerd!  A party about FRENCH FRIES!!!  Not just fries, but LOADED FRIES.  Seemingly every. type. imaginable!  Hello, welcome to my happy place.

If you’ve been reading Mama Loves Food for a while now, you know how much I love to entertain.  But what I don’t love is being stuck in the kitchen while everyone but me is having fun at my parties.  So, I’m always looking for unique ways to feed people buffet style.  And this might be my favorite!

We set up a table with freshly baked fries (and onion rings!) then put out dozens of topping choices along with suggested combinations.  Even dessert ideas!  My husband’s favorite was the MacDaddy loaded fries, but mine was definitely the BLT (bacon, come on).  I would tell you what everyone else loved, but I was too busy stuffing my face and partying to ask.

We used Alexia fries for our party.  You already know I love their fries, and I’m still convinced they’re the best.  And lest you think I’m shilling because I was paid to write this post, I’ll just remind you that I was paid to put together the recipes, but not to fall all over myself with love and adoration for them.  Which I am, and I do.  Because *swoon* they are the BEST fries.

Specifically, I picked up Alexia Rosemary Fries (NEW!), Alexia Onion Rings, and Alexia Sweet Potato Fries at Walmart.  I love that not only are the Alexia products delicious (so delicious), but fries and onion rings are such a fun versatile food and *bonus* – made with all natural ingredients.

Barbecue Chicken Loaded Cheese Fries:

• Shredded chicken
• Cheese sauce
• Barbecue sauce
• Red onion

• Shaved steak
• Cheese sauce
• Shredded lettuce
• Thousand Island dressing
• Dill relish
