Chipotle Mayo

Chipotle mayo is SO GOOD! Chipotle is admittedly my new favorite flavor. I don’t know if it’s en vogue or not, but I’m obsessed.
I was hoping the spicy dip would be all for me, but it turns out my kids love chipotle too. And I guess I can’t really get upset at them for being awesome. This sauce comes together in mere seconds, and can be kept in the fridge for weeks (just check the use-by date on your mayo). I’ve been putting it on absolutely everything. (I even used it as a salad dressing yesterday).

I’ll be making buckets of it for our big Game Day party this year, because I know it will go fast. Try it on broiled flank steak, over our meatloaf recipe, or on an oven baked potato!

This Chipotle May recipe was originally developed for Collective Bias, and Alexia®. Mama Loves Food was compensated for the time and work. All opinions and recipes are mine alone.

When I was offered the opportunity to create a new dipping sauce for Alexia Fries, you know I didn’t even hesitate. I bopped off to Walmart and grabbed a pack of regular sweet potato fries, and a pack of spicy sweet potato fries. The thing I love about Alexia fries that I haven’t yet been able to nail with my own sweet potato fries is that they always come out perfectly crispy. Better even than the sweet potato fries I’ve gotten at high end restaurants. (Seriously).
