Air Fryer Brussels Sprouts Ingredients
- Brussels sprouts – Fresh, not frozen. Halved.
- Oil – My preference is olive oil, but avocado oil is also a good choice because it has a high smoke point. In a pinch any vegetable oil will work, and you could even use rendered bacon fat from your oven cooked bacon.
- Seasonings – I typically use salt and pepper, but you can use whatever seasonings you love. (I hear everything bagel seasoning is delicious).

The sprouts are finished when the outer leaves are browned and crispy. How browned and crispy will be a matter of preference, but we like them cooked for around 13 to 15 minutes.
Make sure to shake the basked about halfway through so they cook evenly.

You can cook them in an air fryer, but unfortunately they won’t crisp up the way fresh brussels sprouts do.
