It’s planning time again! We’ve had a cool weekend here in Florida and I hear it was downright cold in the rest of the country – so we made sure to choose some delicious recipes perfect to get you through these winter days.
Everything sounds amazing, but I’m admittedly partial to my Stuffed Cabbage Soup. It’s easy and delicious, with all the flavor of stuffed cabbage and none of the hard work. I love it when there’s no hard work.
We’re about to embark on another one of our epic road trips (I know, I know… I haven’t even finished telling you about our last one!), this time up the east coast to Connecticut. If you were following us through our October trip, you know we ended up with lousy weather and I landed myself in the hospital for three days. To add insult to injury, our truck full spare tire was stolen, and our last reservation was cancelled the day of arrival.
We had some really wonderful moments, but ended on a bit of a down note. Hubby felt so bad that he went and planned this next trip as a surprise. Wish us luck – he’s never planned a trip before! Haha!
