Whole30, Day 3 has been a bit of a good news/bad news scenario. I seem to have skipped the headache portion, but jumped directly to the “I’M DYING OF HUNGER! FEED ME! ZOMG, I NEED THE CONTENTS OF MY ENTIRE REFRIGERATOR!!!”
During my initial merry-go-round with Whole(ish)30, this part freaked me out. It’s kind of like being pregnant for the first time. Every stage feels like it will NEVER END. But it does. I know this. And have five kids to prove it.
Microwave scrambled eggs with ghee, carrots, blue cheese stuffed olives, and black coffee.
Green beans and slivered almonds sauteed in ghee, ground pork sausage with broccoli stems, carrots, onion, and garlic, and the smallest apple ever.
Tomato cabbage curry with leftover steak strips. (I may have had seconds of this. It was kind of amazing.)
Cherries. Because, life is.
