Whole30, Day 1

Day 1 of the Whole30 wasn’t too bad.  I have the benefit of knowing what to anticipate since I’ve done it before.  Although, if we’re being honest, I wasn’t TOTALLY strict last time.  Just mostly.  This time I’m going all-in.  As expected, I was craving sweets after dinner.  Not to worry, a smoothie fit the bill just fine.  So far I feel okay, but I’m pretty sure that detox headache is on it’s way.  Boo.
