The first three days of this diet c r a w l e d. And then all of the sudden we’re at day 23 of the Whole30. I cannot believe how fast it has gone. Or that I’m really really enjoying the food and not a miserably pouty cow. When I went paleo in the past I didn’t entirely cut out dairy, and I still allowed myself a drink here and there. Who knew the willpower was there all along?!
