These sliders are one of those recipes that people talk about afterward. I served some at a party with our our neighbors and they were still raving about them days later and asking for the recipe. They’re hearty, filling, and seriously hard to stop eating.

Why You’ll Love These Cheeseburger Sliders
- Made with simple, pantry-friendly ingredients
- Ready in about 30 minutes from start to finish
- Perfect for parties, potlucks, or casual family dinners
- Easy to customize with your favorite burger toppings
- Feeds a crowd without a lot of effort

Ingredients You’ll Need
- Dinner rolls
- Ground beef
- Worcestershire sauce
- Salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika
- Shredded cheddar cheese
- Mayonnaise, ketchup, yellow mustard
- American cheese slices
- Dill pickle slices (optional, but very “classic cheeseburger”)
- Melted butter
- Everything bagel seasoning

Step By Step Directions
- Start by browning the ground beef in a skillet over high heat. Add the Worcestershire sauce and seasonings as it cooks, breaking the meat up until it’s fully browned. Drain any excess grease if needed, then remove the skillet from the heat.
- Stir the shredded cheddar, mayonnaise, ketchup, and mustard directly into the hot beef mixture. The heat helps everything melt together into a rich, cheesy filling.
- Place the bottom halves of the dinner rolls on a lined baking sheet. Spread the beef mixture evenly over the rolls, then layer on the American cheese slices. If you’re using pickles, add them now. Place the top halves of the rolls over everything.
- Brush the tops generously with melted butter and sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning. Bake at 350°F until the sliders are hot, the cheese is melted, and the tops are golden. Let them rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.

Tips and Tricks
- Let the sliders rest for about 5 minutes before cutting so they hold together better
- Swap cheddar for Colby Jack or pepper jack if you like a little kick
- Serve with extra ketchup or burger sauce on the side
- These reheat well and make great leftovers
Make-Ahead & Storage Notes
You can assemble the sliders ahead of time and keep them covered in the refrigerator until you’re ready to bake. Leftovers store well in an airtight container and reheat easily in the oven or microwave.
