This is a favorite dessert of ours and we like to serve it with bang bang cauliflower and 3 ingredient orange chicken and sometimes we even like to top it with toasted coconut.

- Butter – Unsalted, softened.
- Cream cheese – Softened.
- Sour cream – Whatever brand you prefer. Can also be substituted with plain greek yogurt.
- Vanilla – Real vanilla extract.
- Powdered sugar – Also known as confectioners sugar.
- Topping – Crushed pineapple, drained and whipped cream, thawed.

How do you make homemade pineapple delight? (step-by-step directions)
⭐ First, combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter and salt until everything is well combined. Press into the bottom of an 8×8 baking dish. Bake and allow to cool completely.
⭐ Next, cream together the butter and cream cheese with an electric beater. Add in the sour cream and vanilla and beat until combined.
⭐ Then, add in the powdered sugar and beat until the mixture is smooth and creamy. Spread evenly over the cooled graham cracker crust.

How to Make Pineapple Delight
Pineapple Delight
Ingredients
CRUST:
- 1½ cups graham cracker crumbs plus extra for topping
- 6 tablespoons butter melted
- 2 tablespoons white granulated sugar
- ¼ teaspoon salt
FILLING:
- ½ cup butter softened
- 4 ounces cream cheese softened
- ¼ cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups powdered sugar
TOPPING:
- 1 can crushed pineapple (20 ounces) well drained
- 8 ounces whipped topping thawed
Instructions
- Combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, sugar and salt until everything is well moistened. Press into the bottom of an 8x8 baking dish.
- OPTIONAL STEP: Bake in a 350℉ oven for 10 minutes. Allow to cool completely. We find this makes the crust more cohesive, but it is not strictly required.
- Cream together the butter and cream cheese with an electric beater. Add in the sour cream and vanilla and beat until combined, then add in the powdered sugar about half a cup at a time and beat until mixture is smooth and creamy. Spread evenly over the cooled graham cracker crust.
- Fold the crushed pineapple into the whipped topping and smooth evenly over the cheesecake filling. Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs over the top.
- Chill at least 4 hours, or until ready to serve.
