Coca Cola Fudge Ingredients
- Cola – We used the Coca-Cola brand but you could use an off brand as well.
- Sugar – Granulated white
- Sweetened condensed milk – Make sure you’re using full fat sweetened condensed milk and not evaporated milk, fat free, or low fat sweetened condensed milk, they are not swappable.
- Chocolate chips – Semi-sweet chocolate chips
- Butter – Softened to room temperature.
- Vanilla – Try using real vanilla over imitation, the flavor will be so much better!
- Nuts – We used chopped walnuts but you could do chopped pecans, peanuts or whatever is your favorite!
How do you make fudge with soda? (step-by-step directions)
⭐ First, combine the Coca-Cola and sugar in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce until thickened and syrupy. Stir in the sweetened condensed milk. Bring to a boil and remove from heat.
⭐ Next, mix together chocolate chips, butter, vanilla and some of the walnuts. Pour the hot sweetened condensed milk mixture over the chocolate chip mixture and stir until melted.
⭐ Then, press a sheet of plastic wrap or parchment paper into a square dish. Spoon the fudge mixture into the prepared pan and spread it out with a spoon.
⭐ Finally, scatter the remaining nuts on the top and place in the refrigerator until the fudge is set. Lift out of the pan, cut and enjoy!

Ingredients
- ½ cup Coca-Cola
- 3 tablespoons white granulated
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk (14 ounces)
- 3 cups semi sweet chocolate chips
- 5 tablespoons butter softened to room temperature
- 1 teaspoon real vanilla extract
- 1⅓ cup chopped walnuts
Instructions
- Add coca cola and sugar to a sauce pan or pot and heat on the stove top over medium high heat until gently boiling. Continue boiling until mixture has become thickened and syrupy (reduced to about ⅓ cup).
- Stir in the sweetened condensed milk and bring back to a gentle boil. Remove from heat.
- Pour hot mixture into a heat-safe bowl with the chocolate chips, butter, vanilla and 1 cup of the walnuts. Stir until chocolate is melted and everything is combined.
- Spread the fudge mixture into a parchment lined 8x8 casserole dish and gently press remaining walnuts into the top of the fudge.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least two hours to set before slicing.
