Whole30, Day 7

Day 7 of the Whole 30 was a little easier.  I struggle with breakfast some because I’m just not a morning person.  I adore breakfast foods, but would rarely eat at breakfast time.  I do find that I feel better throughout the day when I make the effort though.

 

Breakfast:

Oven roasted tomatoes, microwaved egg with ghee, and black coffee.Day 7, #Whole30 - micro eggs with ghee, roasted tomatoes, & black coffee)

Lunch:

Hippie hotdogs, mustard, and an apple.Day 7, #Whole30 - lunch (hotdogs with mustard & apple)

Snack:

Walnuts and raisins.Day 7, #Whole30 - snack (raisins & walnuts)

Dinner:

Slow cooked spice rubbed ribs, steamed carrots, and pickles, with cherry seltzer.Day 7, #Whole30 - dinner (slow cooked ribs, steamed carrots, and pickles)

Snack:

Coconut chips.
Day 7, #Whole30 - midnight snack (coconut chips)
