Day 7 of the Whole 30 was a little easier. I struggle with breakfast some because I’m just not a morning person. I adore breakfast foods, but would rarely eat at breakfast time. I do find that I feel better throughout the day when I make the effort though.
Oven roasted tomatoes, microwaved egg with ghee, and black coffee.
Hippie hotdogs, mustard, and an apple.
Walnuts and raisins.
