Today, on day 8 of the Whole 30, I wore a pair of pants that wouldn’t button on Day 1. Small victories, folks. Small victories.
Breakfast:
Sausage hash with an egg, and black coffee.
Lunch:
Pumpkin curry soup.
Dinner:
Roasted chicken, raw carrots, and cherries.
Snack:
Trail mix (raisins, walnuts, sunflower seeds, and coconut chips).
