How To Make Fruity Pebbles Donuts
Start by preheating your oven and greasing your donut pan. (Our miracle pan release works great for this recipe).
In a large bowl, combine the Fruity Pebbles and buttermilk. Give it a quick stir and let it sit for a few minutes while you prep the other ingredients.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and baking soda.
In the bowl with the cereal mixture, whisk in the egg, then add the oil, vanilla, Greek yogurt, and melted butter. Stir until everything is smooth and combined.
Gradually add the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients, stirring until you have a thick donut batter. Transfer the batter into the donut pan. Give the pan a gentle tap on the counter to help settle the batter and remove air bubbles.
Bake until the tops spring back lightly when touched.
Allow the donuts cool in the pan before removing them, and ,while they cool, whisk together the powdered sugar, milk, vanilla extract, strawberry extract, and pink food coloring until smooth.
Dip the tops of the cooled donuts into the glaze, then immediately sprinkle crushed Fruity Pebbles over the top before the glaze sets.
