Whole30, Day 18

Not much to report on day 18 of the Whole 30.  In bad news, insomnia is still torturing me.  In good news, joint pain is no longer torturing me.  I’ll take it.

Breakfast:

Trail mix (walnuts, raisins, sunflower seeds, and coconut chips), and black coffee.

Lunch:

Chicken and apple sausage, low roasted tomatoes, and blueberries.

Snack:

Peach.
Day 18, #whole30 - snack (peach)

Dinner:

Red thai curry with cauliflower, sweet potato, and chicken thighs.
Day 18, #whole30 - dinner (red curry with cauliflower, sweet potato, chicken, & basil)

Snack:

Figs.
Day 18, #whole30 - snack (brown turkey figs)
