Day 16 of the Whole 30 marks three days in a row that I woke up early (for me) without the assistance of an alarm clock or a needy screaming two year old. Also, I’m noticing I don’t get that drag-ass feeling in the afternoon anymore. Instead I’ve been going swimming with the kids. I’m also finding that I’m not terribly interested in snacking my way through the day like I used to.
