These Paleo Banana Muffins are the perfect “on the go” snack. I love them warm and smothered in butter. Who says you can’t have your muffin and eat it too.

Looks great! I have not purchased hazelnut flour before! I think I am going to have to sub more almond meal till I get some. Making these now for our Saturday afternoon car trip!!
OK, just came out of the oven. I used all almond flour and I put it all in a blender, then hand stirred in the extra nuts, which I used pecans instead of walnuts. THEY TURNED OUT AWESOME!! My silicon muffin cups are smaller than normal, so I put the left over batter in some little tart pans and made "muffin tart/cakes". Same awesomeness! Thanks for the recipe! My 4 yr old loves them too! How excited I am that they do not have any sweetener, but she loves them anyway!
wonderful!!! i'm so glad you enjoyed them!
Can I use all coconut flower?
I mean FLOUR
Using all coconut flour in a recipe tends to yield a dry and somewhat gritty result.
