Whole30, Day 10



Whole 30, Day 10 means double-digits! Woot Woot!  Feeling good.  Great, even.  Although I'd still really (really, really) love a glass of wine, the food cravings are subsiding and I'm out of the FEED ME SEYMOUR stage.  Yay.

Breakfast:


Banana and black coffee.

Day 10, #Whole30 - breakfast (black coffee & banana)


Snack:


Trail mix (raisins, walnuts, sunflower seeds, and coconut chips).

Day 10, #Whole30 - snack (trail mix)


Lunch:


Chicken lettuce wraps with tomato, bacon mayo, and balsamic reduction, and a side of cherries.

Day 10, #Whole30 - lunch (chicken lettuce wraps & cherries)


Dinner:


Broiled beef patty with sunny side up egg over sauteed garlic, onions, and mushrooms with fresh tomato, and zucchini ribbons.

Day 10, #Whole30 - dinner (broiled beef patty & sunny side up egg over sautéed garlic, onion, & mushroom, with fresh chopped tomato, and a side of zucchini ribbons)
