Apple pie cheesecake crescent rolls! Josie and I are deep into the holiday recipe testing phase and we made some pretty incredible Brown Sugar Skillet Apples yesterday. So, when I opened my fridge this afternoon and saw the jar of apples sitting next to a roll of crescent dough atop the cream cheese block, genius struck.
I mean, I want to sound humble, but that’s basically impossible knowing how insanely delicious these cheesecake apple pie crescents were. Incredible, as it were. So, humbleness be damned, I’m telling you to make these. Don’t pass Go, don’t collect $200. Just make the crescents. You can thank me later.

Preparation
Can you make apple cheesecake crescents ahead of time?
I prefer these warm straight from the oven, but you can definitely make them ahead if you’d like. They make a delicious afternoon snack from the fridge with a cup of coffee or tea too!
What type of apples for apple cheesecake crescents?
I like to use our homemade fried apple recipe to make these, but you could also use a can of apple pie filling.

Storage and leftovers
How long do apple pie cheesecake crescents last?
These will keep in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. Store in an airtight container for best results.
Can you freeze them?
Yes, this is a great way to have a simple dessert ready in a pinch. Defrost in your refrigerator and reheat in the oven, microwave, or an air fryer.

Uhh.. my husband says “Thank you for sharing this!” Haha. He said it was the best thing ever!
Wowzers. I just made these and they turned out absolutely delicious! I wish I had used a little more cream cheese than I did. I used Apple Pie filling. I topped with butter and a cinnamon brown sugar mixture for the last few minutes. I have about 1/2 can of apples left, so I expect I’ll be making these again soon! Thanks!
