- Pina colada mix – Alcohol-free pina colada mixer, we will add the alcohol on our own. .
- Rum – White rum, any brand you love.
- Optional toppings – Toasted coconut, maraschino cherries, pineapple chunks.
How do you make pina colada jello shots? (step-by-step directions)
⭐ First, in a medium mixing bowl, combine the boiling water and pineapple jello. Stir until fully dissolved. Add the rum and pina colada mix. Stir well.
⭐ Next, fill each of the shot glasses until they’re almost full, just leaving a touch of space at the top.
⭐ Then, chill in the refrigerator until sett.
⭐ Finally, garnish with whipped cream, toasted coconut, and cherries.

To skip dealing with all the plastic cups and pouring, make jello blocks by adding 1 packet of plain Knox Gelatin to the boiling water along with your jello packet.
Then instead of pouring your mixture into cups, pour the whole thing into a baking or casserole dish. When set, slice into squares and serve! The extra gelatin will make them firm enough to handle.

- 15 shot glasses (2 ounces each)
Ingredients
- 1 package pineapple flavored jello 3 ounces
- ½ cup water boiling
- 1 cup pina colada mixer non-alcoholic
- ½ cup white rum
- optional toppings: whipped cream, toasted coconut, maraschino cherries, pineapple chunks
Instructions
- Whisk together pineapple jello mix and boiling water until fully dissolved. Add rum and pina colada mixer. Stir to combine.
- Place shot glasses on an easily movable surface that will fit in your refrigerator (like a baking sheet or serving tray). Pour pina colada mixture evenly into each glass.
- Chill shots in the refrigerator until set (about 2 hours).
- Garnish with whipped cream, toasted coconut, pineapple, and cherry immediately before serving.
