Whole 30, Day 10 means double-digits! Woot Woot! Feeling good. Great, even. Although I’d still really (really, really) love a glass of wine, the food cravings are subsiding and I’m out of the FEED ME SEYMOUR stage. Yay.
Breakfast:
Banana and black coffee.
Snack:
Trail mix (raisins, walnuts, sunflower seeds, and coconut chips).
Lunch:
Chicken lettuce wraps with tomato, bacon mayo, and balsamic reduction, and a side of cherries.
Dinner:
Broiled beef patty with sunny side up egg over sauteed garlic, onions, and mushrooms with fresh tomato, and zucchini ribbons.
