Creamy Balsamic Italian Vinaigrette Dressing pairs perfectly with a delicious Italian Antipasto Salad!
I made this Creamy Balsamic Italian Vinaigrette Dressing to go with our Antipasto Salads the other night. I love this dressing because it’s full of flavor but takes no time at all to whip up. I find that salad dressings are something I always forget at the market. Which, better than forgetting bananas I guess, since my kids would hang me out to dry for that. Also, I can’t just make bananas from items in my cupboard.
The nice things is that it doesn’t require any funky kitchen gadgets and there’s no dairy, sugar or weird preservative ingredients. Ever since I realized how easy it was to make my own salad dressings, it’s become a bit of an obsession. They don’t all work out, but I’m loving this one. I’m especially partial to creamy dressings because I feel like they stick to the lettuce better and have a more well rounded flavor. It’s also wonderful for marinating chicken or using as dip!
