Mozzarella eyeballs are so fun! My kids get a total kick out of these and love that they’re squishy like real eyeballs, but taste a little like pizza. Serve them alongside some pumpkin soup for a perfectly themed meal!

- Marinara sauce – Try our slow cooker spaghetti sauce or blender marinara.
- Mozzarella balls – Sometimes called mozzarella pearls. Marinated or plain.
- Pesto – Another great alternative is olive tapenade made with green olives.
- Olives – Black or green.
How do you make mozzarella eyeballs? (Step-by-step)
⭐ First, spread some marinara sauce on a serving plate and set aside.
⭐ Next, spread a tiny dollop of pesto on the top of a mozzarella ball, and gently press an olive onto it.
⭐ Then, arrange the mozzarella eyeballs on top of the marinara and serve.

These are best prepared immediately before serving, but don’t worry, they’re super easy to put together!
