With the extreme heat we are experiencing, I am a fan of a “sprinkle” of malt vinegar and a flake salt on this potato. It
gives a flavor of “chips” as prepared for fish and chips. The salt and vinegar combination is a winner in our house.
Davis Shellabarger says
I use either the small red potatoes or white new potatoes for my air fryer oven. I cut them all same size, then place them in a baggie. Add olive oil, then shake well to coat. Next, I use the prepackaged Roasted Potato seasoning found in the produce section of a grocery store, just a little goes a long way! They make the perfect accompaniment to just about any meal!
