Ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheese softened
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- ¼ cup white granulated sugar
- 1 package instant chocolate pudding mix (3.9 ounces)
- 1 teaspoon real vanilla extract
- ½ cup milk
- 1 can cherry pie filling (21 ounces)
- Optional for garnish: white chocolate bar
- For dipping: graham crackers, vanilla wafers, shortbread, fruit
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, use an electric mixer to beat together the softened cream cheese, brown sugar, and white sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add in the chocolate pudding mix, vanilla extract, and milk. Continue beating until everything is combined.
- Spread the dip into a pie pan and spread cherry pie filling on top.
- If desired, garnish with white chocolate curls using a vegetable peeler or grater. Chill for about 20 minutes before serving.
